Rather than make the delivery and postage process automatic, we have decided to keep it personal, so that you feel safe in the knowledge that everything is as it should be and has been checked by a human somewhere along the line.

Once your order has been received, we will contact you to confirm availability and total cost, this will include Postage & Packaging charges.

Upon receipt of your payment we will contact you to confirm despatch.

POSTAGE

Postage within the U.K. will be sent 1st Class by Royal Mail and by Airmail to everywhere else.

Royal Mail First Class UK - Packages that are sent by First Class mail generally arrive within 1-2 working days of posting.

International Airmail, Small Packet - Dispatched First Class by Air Mail. Upon entering the shipping country, your goods will enter the postal system of the country concerned. Goods delivered using this method usually arrive within 3-7 working days of dispatch for European destinations and within 7-12 working days of dispatch for the Rest Of The World.

RETURNS POLICY

All items are guaranteed – please contact us if anything does not meet your satisfaction.

Faulty goods will be fully refunded (including postage costs) but please contact us before returning.

You have the right to cancel your order (for any reason) within 7 days of receiving the goods. To exercise this option, you must inform us in writing (letter or e-mail) within 7 days of receipt of order. If not faulty, goods must be returned in the same condition they were sent out and with any seals still intact. If you use this option for non-faulty items, you will be responsible for all postage costs.

GRADING

All grading is based on the ‘Record Collector – Rare Record Price Guide’ and covers are graded first.

All items we sell are guaranteed to be in at least excellent condition unless otherwise stated.
